Terms and Conditions
Enrolment
Individuals wishing to enrol in IAHNC Institute program should follow the online enrolment facility for either the Online or Blended Programs. Mail or fax enrolments will be confirmed by phone, email or mail. Telephone enrolments can be confirmed at the time of enrolment. All enrolments must be accompanied by payment. If you are unable to enrol online, please contact The IAHNC Institute either by telephone or e-mail to arrange enrolment.
Program fees
Course fees are inclusive of online course materials, resources and examinations except for urine testing materials. Failure to submit course fees with your enrolment may result in the delay or eventual cancellation of your place in the course. The IAHNC Institute reserves the right to alter course fees for new enrolments at any time.
International Students
Overseas students paying by credit card will have their card debited in Australian dollars and converted to your local currency by your card provider.
Copyright
The course materials which The IAHNC Institute provides to you shall become your property. However, the content of the program materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of The IAHNC Institute. You may not reproduce any part of the program materials without the prior written consent of The Food Coach Institute.
Withdrawals
Changing circumstances sometimes result in a student asking to withdraw from a course. Students wishing to withdraw from a course must advise The IAHNC Institute in writing. All refunds are at the discretion of The IAHNC Institute. Any refunds will be processed within a 28-day period.
Course cancellations and amendments
The IAHNC Institute reserves the right to cancel an offline course, or refuse any enrolment. The IAHNC Institute reserves the right to adjust fees for new enrolments, vary program requirements or schedules at any time as deemed necessary. If a course cancellation does occur, all refunds will be processed within a 28-day period.
Certification and academic transcripts
Certificates and academic transcripts will be forwarded to all students upon successful completion of their selected course.
Re-assessment
Re-assessments are offered to students who for whatever reason are unable to demonstrate competency in a unit. Students will have two re-assessments for each unit of competency, after this we contact you to disscuss the issues and find out what is not working for you.
Academic Appeals or Complaints
Appeals against results must be made in writing to The IAHNC Institute within 14 days of results being posted. Grievances regarding academic matters are to be made in writing within 14 days.
Student conduct
Students should conduct themselves in a professional manner, respecting the information provided, and the ethics and principles of the programs. Students should not share their passwords with others or allow others to use any program materials or login details.
Refusals
Refusal of enrolment is at the discretion of The IAHNC Institute if a prospective student does not meet any requirements. Students under 18 years of age will require a legal guardian to authorize and accept the enrolment conditions.
Dismissals
The IAHNC Institute may choose to suspend or dismiss students from their courses for unprofessional behaviour, poor student conduct or using the program materials in an unlawful manner.
